Retail

The retail team provides leadership and guidance to all team members based in store. They are responsible for setting sales budgets, managing wages, stock and expenses, whilst driving sales. We achieve this by employing passionate and energetic sales ambassadors who have a genuine love for our brand. We regularly hold dedicated training events and workshops to enable the transfer of product knowledge and to ensure our retail representatives continue to offer exceptional service to our Mim-lovers.

Our teams are the face of Mimco, and they are inspired by the collections season on season. Once they are immersed in seasonal overviews and the 'stories' behind them, they enjoy sharing these with our customers.
