The World of Wearable Art is New Zealand’s largest arts show, challenging designers to take ‘art off the wall and onto the human form’. To celebrate the festival, MIMCO created a bespoke window installation in our Wellington boutique. Inspired by our new season collection, oversaturated visions of Dutch Master florals entwine with bold utilitarian opulence. Fluid shapes, structured styles and a dose of high-octane detail combine for a mood that’s versatile and glamorous.

Our installation for the combines these influences and takes inspiration from the recent Fall 2015 Couture collection by Viktor & Rolf. Designed and constructed by hand by our Visual Merchandising team, the installation features an overblown floral print and deconstructed canvas frames.
